MaxShine's Detailing Clay Bar removes contaminants from surfaces such as paint, glass or metal. Contaminants such as tree sap, metal particles, micro droplets of paint and others make surfaces rough, uneven and dull even when a shine enhancer such as wax, sealant or coating is applied. By removing contaminants, the surface will not only be left with an additive smoothness, but will also become shiny, even without the help of sealants or other coatings, but if you use them, such as Hydro2 Lite , the Elixir or another, it will have a surprising shine and the true appearance of your vehicle's paintwork. To make micro scratches practically non-existent, use a good lubricant like Imolube or the Ech2o (this is dilutable), keeping both the clay and the surface permanently and abundantly lubricated.
